DrinkTime: real-time nearby happy hours by location. Simplified discovery—browse bars and pick happy hours by plans/friends. Improved messaging and flows for finding/sharing events. Unified in-app social features for group coordination. Clarified value props to increase downloads and retention. Built share/invite mechanics and optimized location-based discovery for timely listings. Advised on promotions/partnerships to grow venues.
Result: stronger social connectivity and positioned the apps to scale in the F&B market.
